With the loss to the Huntsville Havoc last Friday, the Knoxville Ice Bears season comes to an end. I have had such an amazing time over the past seven months. The people I have met and the fans I have talked to have made the time spent at the games more about friendship than about hockey. I have had a blast writing this blog, although I didn't quite accomplish everything I wanted to with it.
I will continue to write for ProHockeyNews.com so make sure to check out my articles there. I hope to also post a few articles on this blog over the summer.
Please let me know what you want to see here. My initial goal was to provide you, Knoxville Ice Bears' fans, a behind-the-scenes look at your hockey team. I'm not sure I managed that, but will try to bring you the view from the inner workings as long and I am privileged to work with the amazing Ice Bears' staff, in particular Kim Bittinger.
Thank you for a memorable season. Stay in touch. I'll see you in October.
